Using the sauna regularly? What you need to know! Feeling wiped out the morning after a sauna?

Drink 500 mL per 15 minute round that you do.

Drink electrolytes - Mix 1/2 teaspoon of salt in 1 litre of water with half a lemon should do it! Maybe add 15 drops of CMD for extra measures. If i skid a day off this i feel wiped out in the morning!
