This depends on your cold tolerance. Ice baths range from below 1 degree celcius up to 10 degrees. The most important thing is to be gentle with yourself and build up slowly.

Often, the group goes in to the sauna together for 12-15 minutes before having a 5-10 minutes break with a shower and a cold plunge before repeating 2-3 times.
