%20(1).jpg)
We build dry saunas for your home so that you can get the most from the health benefits of traditional sauna therapy. Stress relief, lowered blood pressure, improved cardiovascular health, muscle recovery, weight loss, and better sleep are just some of the health benefits of the sauna. With heat exposure, your heart rate will increase, having the safe benefit as moderate exercise for your cardiovascular system, while the stimulation of Heat Shock Protein does the rest.
With the most affordable option of a single person/2 person sauna for fast and efficient heat up, you can start to feel the increased life quality from regular sauna use at your home.

Top Tip: Aufguss Sauna Experience
For the best sauna experience, pour water mixed with essential oils on the sauna stones. In the high temperatures of your sauna, waves of scented heat will wash over your body, increasing relaxation.
What are the Different Types of Sauna?

Traditional Sauna
The traditional Finnish sauna use high temperatures and hot rocks to create a dry heat experience. With low humidity, these saunas allow for deep sweating and ultimate relaxation, where the hot stones allow essential oils mixed with water to be poured over creating waves of scented steam. You can find a variety of traditional saunas in our sauna shop.

Infrared Saunas
Infrared saunas use infrared light to heat the body directly, while traditional saunas heat the air. Along with far-infrared heat, these are often sold as an indoor sauna and offer a milder experience with lower temperatures, which some find more comfortable. If you are interested in infrared therapy please get in touch with us directly.

Steam Rooms
A steam sauna differs from traditional saunas by utilising steam instead of dry heat. The high humidity can benefit respiratory health, skin hydration, and overall relaxation. While they provide similar detoxification benefits, steam rooms offer a distinct experience tailored to those who prefer moisture-rich environments.
Wood-Fired vs Electric Saunas
The benefits of a wood-fired sauna are largely in ventilation and ambience. The consumption of oxygen by the fireplace draws a steady flow of air into the sauna, keeping the space fresh and well ventilated, while the warm glow of the fireplace relaxes the nervous system.

Electric Sauna
Convenience is the word with an electric heater. With a remote control, for the best user experience, you can set your home sauna to heat up for when you arrive home from work. No need to organise firewood or keeping the fire going. Hot stones sit around the heating elements, allowing you to create steam by pouring water and essential oils on the rocks.

The Best Sauna Experience
The best home saunas are outdoor saunas. Counting down the minutes inside the sauna, until the sand timer is up, and then opening the door to be greated by the cool New Zealand evening, is the reason why we love outdoor saunas.
High-Quality Materials
We build our dry saunas with carefully selected, high-quality materials that do not contain any plastics or chemical treatment, while meeting the standards of New Zealand homes for durability.

All our saunas are built on a steel frame that easily allows movement if you decide to relocate or think of a better spot for your sauna. However, if it is beach sunsets that you're after, one of our truly portable saunas built on a trailer may be the way to go!
Sauna Size
The size of a sauna is roughly calculated by 60cm bench space per person. However, one of our most common requests is to be able to lie down in the sauna. The best model for this is the 6-8 Person Sauna, with an internal length of 2.2m, even allows taller people to lie fully outstretched.
