What are the Different Types of Sauna?

Traditional Sauna

Finnish saunas or wood-burning saunas use hot rocks and high temperatures to create a dry heat experience. With low humidity, these saunas allow for deep sweating and relaxation, where hot stones allow essential oils mixed with water to be poured over generating waves of scented steam. Infrared Saunas 

Infrared saunas use infrared light to heat the body directly, while traditional saunas heat the air. Along with far-infrared saunas, these offer a milder experience with lower temperatures, which some find more comfortable. Take a 5-10 minute break with a shower and a dip in cold water like a plunge pool, before returning to the sauna room. Repeat 2-3 times.
